OUR PEOPLE |
At Scotia Cleaning Services Inc. we know that motivated employees mean productive service. We understand that the only way to grow and mature as a progressive organization is to find and keep the best people. We offer the highest possible wages that our contracts allow, provide training packages to ensure the success of individuals within our organization, and offer a group medical and dental plan and bonus incentives.
Success within the organization is encouraged through our sponsorship of programs and educational courses. We believe development along these lines will prepare our people to excel and to assume increasingly more responsible roles. This approach creates a much lower staff turnover, increases our productivity and provides consistent service. After a detailed background check is completed, custodians are bonded. They attend in- class training on customer service, cleaning products, and service quality. After the initial training is complete, they are partnered with a senior team member to undergo an intensive training period before a specific work project is assigned. When they have proven themselves and can easily maintain our service standard, they will go on to lead their own teams. We make it our priority to help our custodians grow, as we all grow together. As a progressive organization, we recognize the importance of adhering to the context of Human Rights, Equal Opportunity, Race Relations, and Cross-cultural Understanding in both our hiring processes and in our employees’ traits, Scotia Cleaning Services Inc. will not tolerate any deviation from these moral clauses. |
